Returns Policy

All sales are final. Bottled Whimsy does not provide returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages or Issues with your Order

All our products are quality checked prior to shipping. We are not able to provide a refund for damage caused during transit. Nor will we be responsible for goods damaged in the process of opening the package.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Your purchase will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Please double check your address at checkout. Bottled Whimsy is not responsible for orders lost due to customers entering incorrect information, for orders lost by the carrier, or for stolen, damaged, returned or unclaimed packages.

We are not able to provide a guaranteed delivery date for any orders. Peak periods such as Christmas may take longer than average so please allow for extra time.

We do not offer express shipping at this point.

Border fees, duties and handling fees may be charged by other countries and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
